You may use your browser to complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person per contest. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible.

DATES & DRAWING
Each contest begins on the first day of every other month and ends 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the second contest month. All times are Eastern Standard Time. Winners will be chosen randomly from correct entries at the end of each contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. For the names of the prize winner, visit the MidAmerica Boating website at http://www.midamericaboating.com.

CONDITIONS
MidAmerica Boating is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or delayed by computer transmissions. In the event this contest is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the control of MidAmerica Boating, MidAmerica Boating reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of the contest and award the prize in a random drawing from among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend drawing without notice.

NOTIFICATION
Winner will be contacted by email. Please provide a valid email in order to be contacted. In the event we are unable to contact you within 7 days of drawing, another winner will be chosen. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner.

PRIZES
No substitutions of prizes is permitted except by MidAmerica Boating as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes, including income taxes, and any incidental expenses associated with collection of a prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation or by any prize and release MidAmerica Boating from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' name for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States. Prizes won by eligible minors will be awarded in name of parent or guardian.

TERMS
Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of MidAmerica Boating, whose decisions are final. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the contest. MidAmerica Boating reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
